Payment for services rendered is expected at the time services are provided by the person(s) accompanying the patient unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
As a courtesy to our patients we will submit your insurance claims to your insurance provider. Please see our financial policy for more detailed information regarding our financial policies.
Your insurance company can provide the most accurate information to you. We suggest that if you have questions about coverage, you call your insurance company directly. Sometimes your employer’s human resources representative can answer questions about the type of plan and coverage your employer has chosen to make available to you.
